Mission and Vision
We come alongside leaders to develop strong teams built on empathy, understanding, and trust, where every team member feels valued and contributes at the highest level possible.
Core Values
Uniqueness
People are different by God's design and that is good. "If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?" (1 Corinthians 12:17)
Humility
Each person has a unique contribution to make. "...Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment... For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. (Romans 12:3-5)
Stewardship
God has given each person time, talent and treasure to serve others. "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." (1 Peter 4:10)
Unity
As we serve others the Kingdom of God expands. "...speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." (Ephesians 4:15,16)
